Due to some things, camp meals for next week are going to be a little more complicated than originally planned. Luckily, people from the congregation are volunteering to come and help with lunch and dinner one day during the week. I was missing someone to help on Tuesday. I thought about people who might be willing to come. I made a phone call but had to leave a message- just asking for a return call, not mentioning the meals.
A little while later, she called back. We talked first about vacation Bible school. She is helping and I needed to clarify some things with her about what she is able to do. Then, she asked me for directions to the camp? At first I thought I heard her wrong because we hadn't discussed it. Then I realized she was planning on cooking and I didn't even have to ask. So, I asked her what day she could come. Her response amazed me! It was Tuesday- the day I needed someone!
So, where was God today? He was in this woman who volunteered to help by serving in the way she was needed.
