Movie

Tonight I went to see the movie "I Can Only Imagine" about the lead singer of Mercy Me and how he came to write the song. It was a great movie and I loved seeing how God changed the life of His father. It shows how God can do amazing things and we can never give up hope on anyone or anything. I also thought the story of love and forgiveness between the father and son was a beautiful thing.

One of the best parts of the evening was sitting with so many people from church! I love that this movie became a fellowship experience for us and that so many friends could gather together. This needs to keep happening! 

During the previews, I saw that a lot of Christian movies are coming out. This gives me hope. People wouldn't be making christian movies if people weren't going to see them. And, having christian movies in the theater seems to be a good way to start conversations with people. 

So, where was God today? He was in the movie I saw and in the theater with us.
