As my daily devotion time, I'm going to write, instead of read someone else's, daily miracles. My hope is, that by doing this, I will enrich my journey and awareness of God in the little things in my life and also encourage others to do the same. I encourage you to share your comments and stories of things that you encounter along your journey.
Blessings,
Jennifer

retreat part 2

This morning when I got up, I went to church to spend some time with my new young friends. When I arrived, they were cleaning up their breakfast mess.
We hung the mural they created throughout their retreat- a blend of drawings, writing,  and origami- I love their creativity! They excitedly shared with me what they had learned after I left. And, we closed with a beautiful expression of encouragement and love being shared by each of them to each other.
These are the moments that 20 years from now they will remember and look back on as a time of impact on their lives. I love watching the lightbulbs go on as they realize things and make connections with God and their lives!
I talked to a parent this evening and she said her son has not stopped talking about his experiences.  That's what we want-young people to get so excited about God that they want to live it out and share it with everyone around them!
So, where was God today? He was in those young people who were so excited to have Him in their lives!
Blessings,
Jennifer
